Orders leave our facility in insulated packaging with cold packs through carriers set up for temperature-sensitive research materials. Most U.S. deliveries arrive in 2–5 business days, with faster options available at checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout through our secure payment partner. Your card statement may show a billing descriptor from the payment processor rather than Biologix.

Every lot is screened by a third-party lab. We require HPLC purity of at least 98%, and mass spectrometry is used to verify molecular weight and compound identity. Those results appear on the COA for each batch.

Keep lyophilized vials at −20°C for long-term holding. After you reconstitute, refrigerate at 2–8°C and follow the use window in the product documents. Limit freeze–thaw cycles to protect integrity.

If a shipment does not match the purity stated on its COA, we will replace it at no cost. Eligibility and next steps are outlined in our refund policy.

Compounds arrive lyophilized (freeze-dried) in sealed glass vials so they stay stable in transit and storage. Reconstitution guidance is included with every package.
